Original Mr. Arnold Handmade Fascinator Hat

Red silk hat with black jet jewels all over. Handmade, one of a kind by Mr. Arnold it has a gorgeous set of black, possibly egret, feathers. Even the label inside has jewels in the Mr. Arnold gold signature. Perfect for a Christmas party or a formal event of any kind. Not sure when it was made, but likely in the 1950's or early 1960's. It's in gorgeous condition. Comes in its original hat box.
