Original Graham & Spencer silk bubble dress, royal blue color, size P (XS)

Attn! This is a Graham & Spencer dress purchased at a boutique. Not Velvet by… Size says P, runs like an XS. Tank dress, with waist sash, will fall right above knees on an average person. It is a bubble style dress meaning the end of the hem is sewed to the inner liner slip. It is not an obvious bubble like the old days where it is really poofy. It’s gorgeous and silky comfy to wear. Hard to find silk unless you pay top dollar. And the color is gorgeous, flattering on anyone! Measurements upon request.
