Artist Note: So this is something small I decided to do for inktober prompt being cupcake and clown Since it is October at the time I'm posting this, I don't have that many horror things on my account, like how I had hoped I decided to make the drawing a bit creepy. I did the drawing on polka dotted cardstock, and I wanted to make the picture pop, so I decided to try and use a purple watercolor behind the drawing. I had the drawing only in marker and had sprayed primer paint on it. Did not think that the watercolor and primer paint would have made the marker bleed, but it did. So I had to go over it with an acrylic marker and try fixing it as best as I could when it had dried and used some clear glitter paint in hopes that it would make the drawing last
