Organizations I love 💕

There is light for cancer patients. It comes from organizations who send care packages at the time when you are at your lowest. For me the wonderful people at Phil’s Friends, Twisted Pink and the National Breast Cancer Foundation were the sunshine in a very dark time in my life. They sent countless cards hand written by children, prayers, a handmade blanket that I still snuggle under every day, a large print Bible and hundreds of dollars of pampering skin care that I never would have bought for myself. It helped heal my peeling hands, nail-less fingers, my neuropathy ridden feet, my peeling chest and so many other small things that happen as a result of cancer treatment. These organizations will send packages of love to a friend currently battling cancer. Please support them. I’m so thankful to have been declared cancer free last January. I thank God every day for being here. Please support groups like this. They make a big difference.
