This is a nice jacket/coat that is ideal for spring or early fall. It is open and has a wide lapel. You could easily belt it and I think I have a belt for it somewhere (a cloth belt with the same pattern). It is lined and has slightly gathered sleeves. It's great to throw over a look for an extra layer. It is new with tags. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Hand wash. Measurements are approximate. Bust - 36-40 Length - 48 Sleeves - 22 1/2
