rraleonard @missally2012 I believe you just need to call Verizon to do a ESN number change, I just did this for a AT&T phone. This phone is brand new and was recommended for my elderly in-laws unfortunately Hospice has stepped in and we never activated. I can ship out in the a.n so you get it by Monday or Tuesday.
