Heart rate monitor by Orangetheory Fitness. Chest strap is Women’s Small size, adjustable. Goes around chest like a bra strap, over your bra band. 26” max, plus is super stretchy. My bra size was 32-34 when wearing this. Monitor snaps off so band is washable. Likely needs a new battery, no way to test since I don’t have the app. EUC
