Orange painted glass oil lamp with mirrors

No manufacturer markings except the number 2 on the bottom. The wheel has an icon on it but nothing to easily connect it with, and there’s paint missing in spots on the bottom panel, see images. The globe is coated it seems and has some bubbling effect happening, but leads me to think this could’ve been used but no burn marks anywhere, except the browning at the tip of the wick. The mirrors are all there, but the glue is leaving it’s aged mark from the back of the mirrors and you can catch that at a certain angle. It’s about 7.75 inches tall.
