This is a Orange Abstract Ruffle Dress. This dress features a ruffle along the top, an elastic waistband, and a fake drawstring at the waist (so it does not actually tie). No stretch, and the straps are not adjustable. The tag has faded quite a bit, but feels to be 100% Polyester Measurements: Armpit to armpit - 21 inches Waist (across, fully stretched) - 25.5 inches approx. Strap to hem (top of torso) - 33.5 inches
