Open-back layer top!

The back of this top is what makes it! The top part is already see through making it perfect with a tank underneath or bralette. But then the bottom part is see through showing off the lower back with ruffles that go below the opening. Perfect with leggings or jeans! Worn 1-2 times. EUC.
