Interesting dark blue color, in some lights almost green or black. The lighting made it hard to capture. Believe it is velvet.
This was a gift from Susan Graf shop in Healdsburg, CA. Originally $350. Never worn. Selling for cheap due to bad lighting & no inner tag. Great find!
