Do these run narrow and are they true to size

@quolitta Hi my normal size is a 6 But, in this particular style, I went up a whole size for more comfort.. They're absolutely perfect! Note the inserts in the shoe, make the shoe appear narrow. The pics doesn't do these beauties justice, very gorgeous!
