Open Edit a Nordstrom Brand Light Blue Blouson/Bodycon Dress w/Shoulder Pads Size Small. The upper part of the dress is a Blouson or oversized while the lower part from the waist down is a bodycon. Also, 2 large shoulder pads accentuate the round neckline and are reminiscent of the 80s but with a modern twist. please look at the side views because the armholes are very large. I wore the dress with a bandeau. It's made of 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex.
