hivewares @info4you Pit to pit it’s 18 inches, the entire entry of the dress is 56. There are no stains or holes, there is a bit of loose stitching on the waist (uploading a photo) but is very minimal and would be easy to fix. It doesn’t have designer labels anywhere in it, but was purchased at a mid-high end boutique and still has the store tags attached.

hivewares @info4you my apologies, it does have an elastic waist (the elastic is only on the back side so I didn’t see it when it was hanging). Laid flat the waist is 13 inches across (so 26 inch waist with elastic unstretched. I’m a size 27 pant and it fits me great.
