Opal and Diamond Ring

This is an extremely rare piece. This piece has four diamonds and three large opals, along with four smaller opals. I tried to get a good picture of the numbers that are stamped on the inside of the ring, but I could not. It appears as though the numbers are 1169, but I cannot be entirely sure as they are so tiny. This ring appears to have been custom sized to fit a size 8 finger.
