One-tier appetizer or cake/dessert serving platter

Made of porcelain, this platter measures 12" in diameter and has a ridge on the bottom measuring 6" diameter to hold the platter onto the base so the platter is wobbly, as shown in pictures. The base is made of iron and is 7" in diameter, 11" measuring the base 'feet' in diameter and 4" tall. There are no scratches, dings, knicks, etc. and in excellent condition.
