So I purchased this bra from you on my boyfriend’s account on June 8 and you failed to even ship it or communicate with me an update on the item when multiple messages were sent. You were online June 13 and didn’t bother to respond to messages. SMH. Why are you even on this website if you’re going to straight up ignore your customers and NOT send them what they paid for?
