Beautiful skirt, beautifully crafted. Stitched down open pleats about 2 in under waistband. Skirt is full and comes below the knee. Fabric is soft and silky and has little touches of sheen you can see in the light. Fully lined. Very flirty, and POCKETS! Waist is 31, full skirt, at hips is 60 . Length from waistband is 26.5. I am sizing this as a 10-12. You'll be your own unique self in this beauty.
