meschafe10 @kumba it’s 13 inches lying flat, but the fabric is designed to stretch. The brand size chart says a small is made for a bust measurement of 35.5-37”

kumba @meschafe10 thank you is it super tight stretchy or a looser stretch? Some to when it’s too tight it gives you armpit fat😬

meschafe10 @kumba it’s very flattering and the perfect kind of stretchy if it’s the right size for you! It ended up being too small for me (couldn’t get it zipped up), but the medium fit like a glove and hugged in all of the right places. If you are typically in the XS/S range for dresses, I think it would fit perfectly. But I’m typically in the S/M range and this was too tight for me. I can send you my measurements when I get home if that would be helpful.
