Cute long plaid/western pearl snap with distressed bottom hem, no tags as was up cycled by a creative maker (not me). Fits an XL/DDs. One of a kind pearl snap halter top, altered to no longer snap with a peplum like bottom hem. Super cute. Bought at a craft fair; would fit up to DDD chest. Measures, when laying flat, 18 inches across top and 21 inches long down center.
