manal @mourningdove162 hi when I wore this dress I was a size 2 and it fit perfect also I'm 5'3 and wore I think 4-5 inch heels I'm sorry if didnt measure today will try tomorrow also won't know how to measure the waist because of the way the dress is let me know if you have any more questions ty
