The most beautiful handmade cotton toddler dress! Features shimmery, enchanting fairy fabric, pleated bodice, ruched elastic straps and purple hem. Exquisitely hand sewn one-of-kind dress worn once for a birthday party. Somewhat flexible sizing with the elastic straps, but I’d say it fits 2T to 3T, was worn for a 3rd birthday. So, so beautiful!
