One Shoulder Rouched Dress

Gorgeous unique Monique Lhullier one shoulder formal gown. Color shifts between blue and purple hues depending on light. Looks a little more blueish than purple, in some lighting in my opinion. See video for clearer idea of color. Has Side zipper and some tulle/mesh on bottom of mermaid portion of gown for structure. Small tear on interior lining of gown near tag from trying on.
