"One September" for Anthropologie, knit top w/ satin cap shoulder ruffle detail

This is a RARE "One September" brand (an Anthropologie brand) sleeveless top with a square neckline & “statement” shoulder ruffle detail. The body is a soft, drapey 100% modal knit w/ a great hot orange & pinky-tan brushstroke print. The shoulder cap/ruffle detail is a soft woven 100% polyester sateen. This top has a great boho vibe that can be dressed up or dressed down. It’s a great transitional piece in rich, vibrant colors! It is a size L, but I think fits more like a M - please see measurement pics. Pre-loved in excellent condition!!
