Maybe new without tags. One-piece built-in padded bra Excellent condition - no rips, stains, or tears! I am calling these shorts like bottoms because they cover up more of your butt cheeks and leg opening then other swimsuits. Nicely made all elastic is in like new condition. the color is nice and bright It's a size 16 ....I believe it a tad snug measurements lying flat are. Shoulder to hem 30" Pit to pit 17 Leg opening on shorts 11" Waistline 14" Smoke/Pet free home. FYI everything without a tag is hand washed before shipping. brendasawyer66 You mentioned it was slightly snug. Where was it snug and is a 16 the normal size you wear? I've never wore this brand so just curious if it's possibly made smaller.

rockingitsis @brendasawyer66 Brenda it is marked 16 on the tag, I usually wear 14 but to me the suit looked like it was running a little bit small when I tried it on it it fit perfect just a little tiny bit snug around the waist not enough to bother me but enough to know that on a size 16 it would be a little snug around the waist.
