One More Couture red pageant dress,custom, little girl 12

One More Couture red pageant dress custom, little girl size 12. Chest measures 15" across. Length in the front measures around 55" from top of the shoulder to the very bottom of the dress. Corset back. Has a small train. I purchased this new and this custom made and it fit my daughter around street size 12. My daughter wore it twice. I do not see any flaws. The sleeves are currently unattached but they be sewed back on.From a pet free/smoke free home.
