Pull on style, semi-sheer, flat front embellished waistband with the back being elastic smocked. Brand charm attached on waistband. I think they are meant to be swim cover pants but you do you. Approximate measurements: 13 3/4" 1/2 elastic waist, 9 1/2" rise, 30 1/2" inseam. Very flowy and luxurious feeling. Great for vacay! B24-6467
