Dress can be worn on or off the shoulders. White with navy flower accents embroidered around the bottom. Approximately knee length. Light weight material with lining under, not “see through”. Gently worn 2-3 times, still true to colors, no stains, no discoloration or yellowing of the white. Non-smoker environment.
