On cloud size 9.5 shoes

Light blue with white detailing on the outside and a darker blue on the inside. At the top where you tie the shoe laces it is a bit messed up. Puppy mischief. Also the back part of the shoes it’s a bit folded? Like a weird bump. But I think it’s an easy fix.
