jensyndangle @akmama08 Hi! Thank you for asking! This model I think is more suitable for light running, everyday use, and other work outs. For sprinting, I could recommend using the Cloudflow 5 because of how light it is. If you are looking for another option other thank Oncloud, I definitely recommend Hoka for sprinting.
