On Cloud had a manufacturer defect on one of my products so I simply just replaced them. They have a ton of life left on the treads as I road ran in them particularly so there is what I would call used but overall nice condition on the outsole. From toe to heel, each element of the Cloudrunner 2 is designed to support your foot during movement.
