On 34th Black and Orange Polka Dot Blouse I love this top and only worn it once, last Halloween season at work. The new job only allows black. So here it is! Since it's an oversized, billowy Blouse I wore it with a black Pencil Skirt and it looked awesome! Size XS Measurements taken flat Bust: 44 Inches Length from shoulder to bottom hem: 23 Inches.
