Omnigrid 60mm Rotary Cutter

I ordered this for a gift for someone(weird I know) and when it arrived the packaging was falling off of it. So I had to go out and buy a new one that looked more presentable for a gift This rotary cutter has never been used, and I will include the packaging that I have left :)
