waliydah 5 Support emails: only emails back is from Poshmark automated Again if item is lost in sending or a return; I will not accept a REFUND CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. This is what they do. 14k M/Italy Gold is 16 to 18k (they use more gold than metal) I don’t mind the price, but want cash in my account that I can deposit. Hope you understand. waliydah @kcoolly These are the emails I send to Poshmark which they are no replying to any. solution only automated replies come back to me. When I continuously send them. They send you a message said they are waiting for me to send the package, and I am waityfor a reply to my email messages.

kcoolly @waliydah oh IC. They had better not claim that it is lost. They have held my money. They asked me to cancel the order if you refuse to ship. I really don't want to mess this up because it could get lost if I decide to cancel the order now. I will give it a couple of days to see if they will ship it my way

waliydah @kcoolly I don’t have a issue sending the item to them the Omgea is everything I say it is but they need to guarantee a cash in my closet account. Once a item was returned to me and I didn’t receive it. They gave me a credit. I will not accept a credit. I hope you understand now. Have you read the emails they send to me ? Does not answer my question to them

kcoolly @waliydah well, let's give it a couple of days to see. As long as it is 14k solid gold as described, there wouldn't be any problem. If it's lost in transit, they will send you a full refund and return my money. They usually check to make sure it's authentic and as described in your post because it is valuable. I will inform you if I get a response.

waliydah @kcoolly I will take it tomorrow to post office and talk to me. I am going to unwrap it and take more pictures, and hope it would be good enough for post office cuz usually they want you to show receipts of the item and that I don’t have. This is not like Poshmark usually they get right back to me one or two days at the latest. I will keep you posted, Thanks again for understanding ❤️

waliydah @kcoolly I apologize again. With Poshmark label the post office won’t accept insurance on the package. They said that’s Poshmark rules not there’s. And they will not answer if they are going to give cash or credit on account. I contact them yesterday, that makes 9 emails from my phone and computer. The emails I get back is what I send you. I will not accept anything but cash 💰!!

kcoolly @waliydah I thought you had mailed it to Poshmark? If not why are you worried about it being lost. Poshmark is fully responsible if lost although I understand you do not want a credit refund. Please let me know if to cancel order on my end. I cannot make new rules for Poshmark but we have to follow their policy on shipping .thanks.

waliydah @kcoolly Again I will not send until Poshmark answers my question of cash deposit in my account. This happened to me before and they gave me a credit for future purchases. That’s not how I will want to spend this money. I have severe emphysema so not trying to hold on to stuff, or accumulate any items. Please understand I don’t need anything from Poashmark.I know you are frustrated as well as myself. I can cancel if you like !
