Ombré, cotton, tiered, appliqué, crochet, and ruffled skirt

this beauty begins with the waistband that was stretch easily to 25 inches. There are tiered layers of alternating cotton and crochet died in an ombre from a light cream to a warm brown. The end ruffle is sheer. There’s also a ribbon appliqué. Ski skirt is lined in an excellent condition.
