Olive des Olive convertible bubble skirt

Really cute little number from Olive des Olive. Outer skirt is navy blue and pleated. Checkered blue waist. And then underneath is the lining and button to covert this skirt into a bubble skirt. Two designs in one! Size 2 (additional measurements are in pics). Good used condition.
