This is a dual function box grater made of olive wood for hard cheeses like parmigiana and pecorino, just like the one used by the Pasta Queen. It has two pieces, the beautiful box which is great for serving and the removable stainless steel grater itself. The brand is Williams Sonoma. It was lightly used and in very good condition.
