Beautiful olive wood trinket box, made in Bethlehem, Israel. Carved 7 point star inlaid on the lid, gold tone hardware, red lining on the bottom and inside. The seven point star holds several meanings, Alchemists use this star to represent the 7 elements of the world, Christians have used this star to represent the 7 days of creation, and the Cherokee people use a 7 point star that symbolizes peace.
