I picked this up thrifting and never wore it. It’s a great, classic cocktail dress with a little bit of ruching at the waist. Like new condition, one thing of note is that the straps have these tiny snaps on strings? They dont change anything whether they’re done or not, my only guess is that maybe someone wore a cape with it?? Honestly if you can explain these snaps please comment, I want to know.
