Reposhing this item I purchased from @cincityvintage. It’s great but doesn’t fit me how I want.
There’s a light fragrance to it, possibly from being packaged with other items that had perfume on them.
No signs of use that I’ve noticed, seems like new.

@mkz_wang I’m at about 38”, I tightened it all the way and it was still kind of baggy. Might be possible to take it in though
