Floral maxi dress with diamond like cut outs symmetrical on each side of mid section (high waste level approximately). Long sleeves, V neck. Full zipper up the back. Light and very comfortable! Only worn when I tried on- NWT. Only selling because it’s too long and I never got around to hemming it, and now it doesn’t fit-much to small. Very last picture is just to show what side cut outs resemble- it is NOT that dress. Looks black but it is a very dark navy blue
