@haleybell420 the soles have medium flexibility and rigidity. The toe section flexes with each step mimicking more of a sneaker sole than a loafer sole.

@sdmelissa23 If anything they run tad bit small. I wear an 8 typically and wore these a few times with thicker socks comfortably.
