preciouslub @brownjoan064 I think it would fit you. My waist/hip is around 37/40" ish and a small fits me but is tight. I hope that helps!

preciouslub @lasha_sanders I just measured and it's about 14" almost 14.5" and stretches to 16". So, that's about a size 28 to 32. I hope that helps! I will update the post with measurements. TY!
