this beautiful skirt starts with a fitted waistband. And a zip. It has three layers of sheer silk. There’s probably about 10 yards in this skirt altogether, but it’s silk and it’s lovely and light as it is silk . Those layers are slightly differing lengths, adding up to a whole of 31 inches. In excellent condition. I’m going to list as a 10 I feel it is a smaller vintage size
