Older frosted pink gumball style statement necklace

The beads are a frosted pink with marbleized swirls. The beads are graduated in size up along the neckline areas. This piece is from my mother in law’s collection and I am not familiar with the clasp at all. It works perfectly I just am not familiar with seeing these before.
