Older enameled collar style necklace

Very pretty older enameled necklace. The colors are a light mint green and peach combo Each section is linked together so the links sit flat across your neckline area. This is really impossible to measure so I would say if 16inch is too short pass on this necklace. It’s made to fit up high on the neck area.
