Freshly washed, super soft fleece lining, and insulated quilting that feels like snuggly little clouds giving you a warm hug! Some of the insulation got displaced in the collar during washing,it could be massaged back into place I think. Please watch the video where I demonstrate. Other than that this item is like brand new. There is a 2 part closure that I think is really great for someone with limited motion, especially that elevated winter arthritis pain. The zipper is a pretty large, easy to grab plastic zipper, and the snaps are so easy to do they nearly close themselves. I appreciate little things like this!
