Old navy sleeveless summer dress

Really pretty powder blue colored summer dress. The dress has a slip type lining as pictured, the top lining half has adjustable spaghetti straps.very pretty eyelet detailing near bottom of hem. Inside garment tag is missing, so I don't know what material it's made of? Tried looking up the dress, cant find another just like it , but similar dresses are made of cotton blend. arm opening approximately 11 inches armpit to armpit approximately 22 inches. elastic waist measures approximately 21 inches, unstretched. length measured top of shoulder to bottom of hem approximately 37 inches item #40
