Old SWEDISH NEEDLEPOINT Tapestry w Fringe VIKING ALMOGE

Guaranteed authentic, hand made in Sweden, vintage needlepoint tapestry/chair back protector. Often these were used draped over a chair arm or back to protect it from soiling and wear. A great decorative accent. This one is not only done in wool needlepoint and weave, but backed in wool weave, but self fringe - all hand knotted. There are a couple tiny moth bites to the backing, otherwise excellent condition. Size 24-1/2" x13-1/2", including fringe.
