Very Old antique Photograph of Homer Dodge Martin's (Oct 28, 1836-Feb 12, 1897) Port Henry Iron Mine painting from 1862. This painting is currenly in the smithsonian. The age of the photo is from 1880-1890 about 9" in length. Provenance: From an important Manhattan collection of Hudson River Paintings, purchaed by the great-granddaughter of fellow artist Edward Gay in the 1960's (Im selling a small painting by E. Gay along with her inscription on the verso, as well as an empty 19th century frame with museum plaque for fellow artist George Boughton (1883-1905). . Price: 465
